The Hungry "A" was started by Anthony and Olga Coletta in 1964 and has remained a family business for over 60 years. Although his father died quite young, Bruce Coletta was determined to keep his fathers vision alive. It was all about consistency, conversation, and good cooking.

In 2024, Bruce and his family passed The Hungry A onto the Siderio's, who are very excited and proud to continue the Hungry A tradition.

Breakfast and lunch is served all day. You can enjoy a Cheese Steak at 7am and a Bacon & Egg Sandwich at 2pm.
